As a willing participant in any In the Cortex programs:
1. I commit to completing the daily brainwork so that retained primitive reflexes can be integrated, lower brain development can be completed, and Reconnects are implemented into daily life.
2. I agree to advantage of the online ITC community whenever possible. I am aware that the program has sufficient material to help me integrate this process into my daily life and I am always able to reach out to In the Cortex with questions. However, I can seek out the support of a private brain coach (at an extra cost) if I do need one-to-one guidance implementing these techniques.
3. I understand that I am the one committing to changing my brain first. If anyone else in my family is not cooperating, it is my responsibility to put the attention on myself first.
4. I understand that the results of my participation in the ITC program are completely dependent on how much I follow the program, and I will see results as long as I follow the exercises lined out in the program.
5. I understand and accept that there are no refunds and no payment plan cancellations once enrolled in the program.
6. I understand that taking part in this program does not grant me the training required to become a certified Brain Coach I and agree to refrain from using the movements and tools contained in this program for professional gain until I have completed the ITC Brain Coach Training Program.

1. ITC is not a medical program nor are its activities considered therapy. Therefore, any kind of medical insurance or flex plans do not apply.
2. It is a misrepresentation of the ITC program to use information presented as part of our courses as the basis to identify a person as having a learning disability or in need of special school/social services.
3. All participants assume full responsibility and liability for whatever they decide to implement related to the ITC program.
4. All materials provided to participants are proprietary to ITC.
5. Participants agree not to share or give any program materials to anyone who is not enrolled in the course, which includes forwarding links or duplicating handouts.
6. By accepting these terms, I will not hold In the Cortex responsible for any injury, illness, or lack of results while engaged in the ITC program or at any time in the future. I acknowledge that Danielle Perrecone Alomoto and Paloma Garcia Cruz are not physicians or medical practitioners. My participation in this program is voluntary, and by agreeing to this waiver I accept responsibility for any harm, injury, illness or death that may result from my participation.
